To request a return or exchange:

Contact our support team using our online ticketing system. Please provide your order number from our website, and the serial number on the bottom of the VCS. Only products purchased on are eligible for a refund from Atari. For a refund or exchange for a product purchased by a retailer, please contact that retailer directly.

Items that may be eligible for return, refund, or exchange include items that have been worn (i.e an Atari Speakerhat). Digital goods like apps, games, add-on content, subscriptions, movies, TV shows, and books aren't returnable unless the offer or applicable law states that you're eligible for a refund.

If your product is eligible for a refund, our team will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return.

When we receive your item and find it eligible for a return, we’ll either ship you a replacement or issue you a refund.

When you make a qualifying return, we'll credit the full amount, less the original shipping, the 3.5% transaction fees from the original pruchase, and a $3 handling fee. Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your item and find it eligible for a return. Refunds are applied to the original payment option.
